Launch Pad is the setup wizard inside raia cX where every agent is born. It walks you through seven configuration tabs — Info, Skills, Train, Usage, Security, Launch, and Report — so a single agent definition is consistent across every channel it deploys to.
In this section
- Create a new agent from a blank slate or a starter template.
- Move through the seven tabs in order to reach a launch-ready state.
- Understand which tab owns which decision (persona vs. data vs. controls).

Tip
Treat Launch Pad tabs as a left-to-right pipeline — skipping ahead almost always means coming back to fix something.
