Agent Management spans the four operational tabs that keep a live agent healthy: Training, Security, Launch, and Report. These are the tabs you return to long after the agent is in production.

    Training

    Add or remove documents, re-vectorize, and run simulations against the latest build before promoting it.

    Manage Agent Secret Keys, Live Chat security keys, geo restrictions, and Auditor rules.

    Pause, resume, or roll back the live agent; copy embed snippets for new surfaces.

Every change in Training, Security, or Launch is logged to Activity Logs — useful for audits and post-incident reviews.
