Human-in-the-Loop

Take over conversations and resolve escalations.

Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) lets an operator pause the agent and take over a live conversation. The customer never sees the seam; the agent resumes when the human releases the thread.

In this section

  • Initiate takeover from any open conversation.
  • Send messages as the agent or as a named human.
  • Release the thread with optional training notes attached.
