How raia Control Works

While Copilot handles inbound conversations, Control lets you proactively deploy AI agents to engage prospects, follow up with leads, and run personalized outreach via Email and SMS.

The agent reads each contact's context (company, role, past interactions) and writes a highly personalized message. When the contact replies, the agent handles the back-and-forth autonomously based on your instructions.

The Mission Lifecycle

Outreach campaigns are called Missions and move through these states:

Draft

You are defining the audience, prompt, and agent.

Step 2

Scheduled

The mission is queued to launch at a specific date and time.

Step 3

Active

The system is actively generating and sending messages.

Step 4

Completed

All initial messages have been sent.

How to Launch a Mission

    Define

    Name the mission and write the prompt (e.g., 'Offer a demo of our new product').

    Select Agent

    Choose which AI Agent will handle outreach and replies.

  3. 03

    Choose Channel

    Select Email or SMS.

  4. 04

    Target Contacts

    Select lists or tags. Unsubscribed contacts and those missing email/phone are auto-excluded.

    Message Strategy

    Choose AI-Generated (unique per person) or Standard (template with variables).

    Follow-ups

    Optionally configure automated follow-up messages.

    Test & Launch

    Use Test Mission to preview exactly what the AI will say to a specific contact before sending.
